Start with a big ol' plate of spinach (15 calories)
Add some avocado (120 calories)
Make some chicken goodness. I grilled up some chicken and a green pepper in water and added taco seasoning. I threw in some black beans and a tiny bit of left over Mexican rice. Yum.

Top it off with your favorite salsa. I like this one. (10 calories)
And use a dollop of plain yogurt in place of sour cream. (12 calories)
